i am really dedicated to lose weight now..
i just had a good workout earlier!
for dinner today i just ate raw salmon
and three spoons of rice.. HAHA!
i'll slowly give up rice.. gosh!
hopefully this isn't just for today..
i need a dietary and workout plan
LET'S DOOOO THISSSS!
soon.. no one will ever poke my belly
and pinch my man boobies ever again!
